TO ORDER
1. Find an Item
Find an item by either using the search box at the top of the page,
clicking on featured offers or by browsing through the categories
and subsections in the left-hand menu, or, If you know the product code enter it in the relevant search and
it will take you to the page to view the item.
2. Add the Item to Your Cart
To add the item to your trolley, enter the quantity required and click
on 'add to cart'.
To change the quantities of items or remove items completely from
your shopping trolley edit the quantity box in your cart and click
the.
3. Proceed to Checkout
When you have added all of your items to your trolley, click 'go to
checkout' and follow the simple steps to complete your order.
Please enter all the details requested (name, address and credit card
details etc). Once you have completed this information you will be
able to review what is in your trolley.
Once you are happy with your order click 'submit order' and leave
the rest to us! You will be provided with an order reference number
and a confirmation email.
4. Re-ordering
If you have previously saved your details, you can access your order
history to reorder items. To do this follow these steps:
1. Click on log-in.
2. You will be presented with the last items you ordered.
3. You have the option to add these to your cart
Please note that you will be creating a new order. You can not amend
an existing order.
5. What does it mean to log-in?
Log-in is a feature offered by us to make your checkout process quicker
and easier.
You will have the choice of saving your details once, then simply
entering a username and password for all future transactions.

CARRIAGE CHARGES
Carriage charges are FREE on orders over £150.00 excluding VAT and not including Delivery Charge.
A carriage charge of £9.95+vat will apply to all orders under this.
Carriage Charges apply only to deliveries within mainland United Kingdom
Additional charges will be made to deliveries outside these areas.
Our standard carriage charge covers delivery to Mainland United Kingdom and the Isle of Wight only.
For an additional £5.00+vat we will deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Shetland, Orkneys and Channel Islands on a 2-4 Day carrier.
Some products on the website will be marked with "free delivery". if these
products are ordered individually they will be sent at no charge,"Free delivery"
items are not calculated in the value of sale when calculating Carriage Charges.
If the "free delivery product" is added to an order containing product that is not carriage free, a delivery fee will be charged
in line with our Carriage Charges laid out above.

In the unlikely event of fraudulent or unauthorised use of your
credit card, Shadow Casters will refund to you the money it received provided
that you notify your card issuer and Shadow Casters as soon as you become
aware of the unauthorised use of your card.
RETURNS
All returns are at the expense of you the customer with the exceptions (i)
(i) If the product is delivered damaged or is found to be damaged upon opening, Shadow Casters will pay for the replacement and collection if requested by Shadow Casters.
You must notify us of the damages incurred with 48 Hours of delivery, outside of this we cannot accept responsibility.
All our products come with manufacturers warranty, this is the guarantee that we adhere to.
In the unlikely event that an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days. However you may be charged a restocking charge of upto 25% if the item is not faulty.
Your statutory rights are not affected by the Shadow Casters guarantee.
Steps for returning an item:
1. You will need your order reference number and the details of the
item to be returned.
2. Email: returns@shadowcasters.co.uk
3. We will notify you of the returns number required, and how to return the item/s. All returns must be returned at the customers expense.
We can arrange for one of our carriers to collect, a charge will be made for this.
4. Return the item in its original condition, including packaging
and obtain proof of return from the carrier. We will then despatch
a replacement from our Distribution Centre or process a refund once
your returns are received.
DELIVERY
Most items are delivered within 2 Working Days. We will inform you if an item
is out of stock or if there is a lead time on ordering an item. Delivery charges will be applied at the checkout
stage and are based on a standard next day delivery.
